It’s 9am-ish and I’m up currently watching and incredibly enjoying: “HBO’s CostasNow” which is talking about the power of the Internet on sports from Race issues, Blogs, Comments, the slow death of Newspapers and more…
Good ol’ Bob Costas is a damn good TV personality if I may say so myself - sharp, concise, intelligent, articulate and stern with time management haha. Costas mediated a debate with Will Letich the founding editor of Deadspin.com vs. Long time journalist Buzz Billinger and Cleveland Brown Wide Receiver, Braylon Edwards for part of the show.
A lot of good points throughout the entire show between the privacy of players personal lives through certain websites such as Dirty.com to the lost relationships between the media and players (i.e. Muhammad Ali and his relationship with Howard Cosell). How to balance all those social mediums in today’s society?
Tough stuff…

It’s great debate!
